I bought a 2011 white Suzuki swift in January 24 for while I was learning to drive, I put down a deposit for the car on the day I looked at it. The communication from this dealer was brill. I passed this year. The dealership were so helpful when I got the car, helped when there were some problems while I was within the warranty period. And this car has been very resilient considering it was sat for a while! It has had its problems which were expected , but I’m so glad I got my first car from this dealership as they made the buying of my first car an easy process. Would recommend these guys

From start to finish I can’t even explain how impeccable the service has been from mark and Sophie.. I have Been very lucky with the wonderful little car I bought from this lovely company!

Not only was the customer service incredibly impressive - not once did I have to chase - ring more than once for information - they kept in regular contact with me until my finance was arranged which was extremely reassuring - the whole process was no longer than 24 hours - my car is absolutely immaculate - like we are talking show room quality - Iv had several cars over my years - and I can honestly say - I have never received customer service - along with the level of the immaculate condition of my car!

The service history is phenomenal - I particularly liked the fact mark said ‘ we don’t sell cars without a full service history’ it makes you feel so reassured..

I drove home to Wiltshire feeling extremely safe in my new car and will talk about this wonderful family business time and time again!

We took delivery of our new car 2 weeks ago, from the first communication to the completion of our purchase we can't rate M Cars highly enough, polite, friendly and efficient. Friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and fair. Genuinely wanted to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase - they had the car valeted, gave it a fresh MOT (changed two of the tyres which were only "advisories") and did the online tax process for us while we waited.
